Steady is a long range USB ground station.
Made for Silicdyne on-board avionics, it enables your computer to talk to them.
In short, this ground station acts as a radio interface for your computer: when the avionics module sends data, the ground station forwards it to the application, and vice versa.

to operate Fluctus.
